This tour will takes you to Oman’s Al Batinah region, which spreads inland to the western Hajar mountains and contains 12 wilayat (administrative areas), the largest number in Oman. Batinah is also one of the greenest regions of Oman with an abundance of date palm and banana plantations. You will enjoy your day visiting the city of spectacular wadis with remote villages, superb desert mountain scenery and elaborately decorated mosques.

• A drive to the coastal town of Barka where you can watch first hand, the fishermen bring in and sell their catch

• A visit to the village of Nakhal with its large date palm gardens where you will also visit the beautifully restored Nakhal Fort

• A visit to the hot springs of Ain Thowara, an ideal picnic spot famous for its hot springs, where you can relax for a while

• A drive to Rustaq and photo stop at the newly renovated fort

• A short drive to Al Hazm with its small but impressive fort
